Single Booth: $650.00 plus taxes
Each single booth includes one individual registration to attend 2 days of conference sessions (April 26 & April 27), 2 days of conference meals (breakfast, lunch & coffee breaks), and Trade Show Reception.
Double Booth: $1300.00 plus taxes
Each double booth includes two people to attend 2 days of conference sessions (April 26 & 27), 2 days of conference meals (breakfast, lunch & coffee breaks) and Trade Show Reception.
- Dimensions: 10′ long x 8′ deep
- 8′ high drape wall
- 4′ side drape side wings
- 1 – 120 volt, 750 watt duplex electrical outlet
- one 2′ x 6′ covered & skirted display table, two chairs. Two tables & four chairs included for double both
Hours of Operation:
- April 26th: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- April 27th: 7:30 am – 9:30 am
- April 26th: 7:30 am – 11:00 am
- April 27th: 9:30 am – 11:30 am
Additional Personnel: $125.00 plus taxes / per person ($150.00 plus taxes on site)
Conference Sponsors will receive first priority, in order of sponsorship level, provided that they confirmed sponsorship with CWSAA by January 27, 2017.
Subsequent to this date, Trade Show Booths will be assigned on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.
