CWSAA 2018 Conference Trade Show Information

Single Booth

Each single booth includes one individual registration to attend 2 days of conference sessions (April 24 & April 25), 2 days of conference meals (breakfast, lunch & coffee breaks), and Trade Show Reception.

6 X 6 Booth:  $575.00 plus taxes
8 X 8 or 10 x 8 Booth:  $675.00 plus taxes

Double Booth

Each double booth includes two people to attend 2 days of conference sessions (April 24 & 25), 2 days of conference meals (breakfast, lunch & coffee breaks) and Trade Show Reception.

6 x 6 Double Booth:  $1150.00 plus taxes
8 x 8 or 10 x 8 Double Booth:  $1350.00 plus taxes

*Additional Personnel:  $190.00 plus taxes / per person ($225.00 plus taxes on site)

Dimensions:

  • 14 booths by 10′ long  x 8′ deep (yellow highlighted on map)
  • 27 booths by 8′ long by 8′ deep (green highlighted on map)
  • 20 booths by 6′ long x 6′ deep (blue highlighted on map)
  • 8′ high drape wall
  • 4′ side drape side wings
  • 1 – 120 volt, 750 watt duplex electrical outlet
  • one 2′ x 6′ covered & skirted display table, two chairs.  Two tables & four chairs included for double both

Hours of Operation:

  • April 24th:  4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
  • April 25th:  7:30 am – 9:30 am and 11:30 am – 1:30 pm

Set-up Hours:

  • April 24th:  11:00 am – 3:30 pm

Tear-down Hours:

  • April 25th:  1:30 pm – 3:30 pm

Booking Priority:

Conference Sponsors will receive first priority, in order of sponsorship level, provided that they confirmed sponsorship with CWSAA by
January 12, 2018.  Subsequent to this date, Trade Show Booths will be assigned on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.
