Reports to: Senior Manager – Domestic Services
The Position:
Alpine Canada Alpine (ACA) is the national governing body for Ski Racing in Canada and home to
three of Canada’s most exciting snow sports: Alpine, Para-Alpine and Ski Cross Racing. The
organization has new Board and senior leadership that is committed to its vision for Canada to
be a world-leading ski racing nation that is inspired by the passion and performance of Canada’s
ski teams. ACA’s mission is to increase podium performance and inspire growth in participation
and fans.
We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our organization in
the role of Manager, Member Services.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Domestic Services, the Manager, Member Services has a
leadership role in the oversight and service delivery of ACA National Registration platform.
Ensuring a smooth transition from previous platform usage to ACA’s new platform will be a high
priority. Assisting with on-going customer service and customer management, the Manager,
Member Services will serve as the initial point of contact as it relates to registration.
Duties:
Organizational lead with respect to ACA’s national registration platform
Work in close collaboration with Provincial & Territorial Sport Orgnizations regarding
ACA’s national registration platform, providing strong customer service and leadership
Triage customer service queries between sport partners and technology providers
Work to create thorough onboarding for sport partners
Provide accurate and timely customer service
Develop reporting templates to provide industry insights around registration
Working Conditions
Full Time position with minimal domestic travel required
Minimal time working outdoors in winter conditions
May require lifting, walking and skiing
Overtime may be required during peak periods to be taken as time in lieu as scheduling
permits

Employment Requirements:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel and Teams
Demonstrated experience working with database management and or membership
systems
Must demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to demonstrate excellent planning, and presentation skills
Knowledge and understanding of the Canadian sport system is an asset
Fluent in the English language
Ability to communicate in French, is an asset
Ability to provide proof of vaccination with full course dose of Health Canada
recommended vaccine for COVID-19
Additionally, the candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and
collaborative skills with experience working in complex workplaces with many key stakeholders.
Strong experience with various software (Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint).
