Description: The Lift Administration Clerk provides support to the Lifts and Facility Departments. This role is primarily behind the scenes and assists in enhancing the guest experience through the maintenance of safe, reliable, efficient resort facilities and equipment. The Lift Administration Clerk directly reports to the Lift Manager and liaises with other company departments, contractors, and vendors.

Primary Job Functions:

Overseeing, maintaining, and updating manual and digital information filing systems e.g., Preventative Maintenance records, daily, monthly, and yearly statistical data. Verifying accuracy and completeness of data.

Consistent monitoring and ensuring that all department administrative tasks and responsibilities are complete and correct in a timely manner.

Assisting with the creation, procurement, implementation, tracking, follow up and review of department functions.

Other duties may be requested and assigned from time to time.

Experience/Requirements
o Competent in general office and administrative duties e.g., filing, reporting, organization.
o Good comprehension of computer programs e.g., Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
o Strong self-initiative and communication skills.
o Excellent attention to detail.
o Outgoing, positive, mature, and friendly attitude.
o Ability to work with minimal supervision.
