Reports to:       General Manager, Operations Manager


Position Overview:

The Accounting Department has responsibilities covering all departments in the Resort including a 41- unit hotel and cabins, food and beverage (full-service restaurant, pub and bistro) Country Store, Alpine ski area, Nordic Center, BC Parks Operation as well as staff housing and maintenance departments


General Responsibilities:

We are looking for an important member of the accounting Department who should have experience in the full accounting cycle and a good understanding of IT proceedures.



We would like this key member to have experience in any or all of the following programs:

- Sage / Quick books

- Micros (Oracle – multi-department)

- RoomMaster

  • Accounts payable / receivable
  • Payroll


We seek an individual competent in using and troubleshooting interact machines, computers, in the case of power failures being able to use manual practices when BC Hydro kicks out!
