Description:

The Rental Shop Manager is responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests by ensuring the Rental Shop and all of its equipment is maintained to a high standard. The Rental Manager ensures all rental shop staff are properly trained and follow all MMC-Shames Mountain’s policies and procedures.

Skills/Education/Experience Requested:

• Supervisory experience is an asset.
• Rental shop experience is an asset.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast paced working environment.
• Experience working with Point of Sale systems is an asset.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
