The primary role of the Revenue Systems Manager is to coordinate the effective use of Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) and Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing’s (STHS) revenue systems including RTP, Inntopia and Ski Axess.  Ensuring the most effective use of these systems will require the use of jQuery,  SQL and HTML.  This position will be responsible for seasonal updates and administration of sale products including but not limited to tickets and passes, rentals, snow school and more.  The position will also be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting of sales, revenues, visitation, comp products allowing management to analyze performances


  • RTP daily management, new products, updates, and trouble shooting
  • Inntopia/Spotlio e-commerce daily management, new products, updates, and trouble shooting
  • Ski Axess gates and pick up boxes daily monitoring and trouble shooting.
  • Assist in training departments using these systems
  • Ensure accurate reporting
  • Work with department managers to ensure the most effective use of our revenue systems
  • Assist Marketing with yield management and optimization
  • Report campaign performance from google analytics for all Revelstoke Northland divisions.
  • Other duties as required


  • Mature, enthusiastic, individual with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a management/leadership role
  • Experience with RTP administration, Inntopia, Spotlio and/or Ski Axess or equivalent point-of-sale software
  • Previous experience with audit procedures
  • Experience with Jquery and SQL is considered an asset
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or tourism
  • Experience/interest in the ski/snowboard industry is essential

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects to adhere to deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based applications
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a “can do” attitude.
