Asessippi Sales Manager

Asessippi is a year round playground for winter snow sports, summer mountain biking, outdoor enthusiasts and a beautiful wedding venue.  We are a team of innovative, hard workers with drive to get things done.  We have so much fun providing our guests with an unforgettable experience.

We are looking to hire an energetic, driven, self-motivated, experienced individual to lead our sales team in this exciting and ever changing tourism and recreation market. This is an intense role in which you will build up the school market as well as develop additional sales strategies for the resort including all aspects of summer and winter operations.



  • Lead a team to motivate them to achieve the resorts sales targets
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with educators and recreation enthusiasts to drive and lift sales for the resort
  • Analyze market sales and data and identify trends to drive key business initiatives as well as provide guidance and direction for underperforming markets
  • Building and maintain ongoing awareness of all products and services provided, competitor activities and other research
  • Overcoming objections and obstacles of prospective guests
  • Work with your team to ensure sales targets are being met and achieved week over week
  • Work closely with the marketing director, General and Assistant Manager, Sales team, Snow school Director, Rentals Manger and group check in
  • Follow all workplace policies and procedures and lead by example



  • Combined sales and management experience
  • Strong Client management and relationship building skills
  • Professional demeanor, selling style and appearance
  • Ability to drive and be open to a state of constant learning and improvement
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with guests
  • Self-motivated, high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Solid experience in planning, client management and time management
  • Previous leadership and team management experience
  • Strongly versed in technology
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Must be adaptable to world changes, market shifts and grow with them
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques
