Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Management and operation of the following outlets:
    • Masa’s Bar & Grill, Full-service restaurant/bar with 110 seats
    • Café Soleil, Starbucks coffee program, grab and go food and drink items
    • Umbrella Café ½ way grab and go items (summer golf operations only)
    • Catering and special events as required
  • Work with the Director of Food and Beverage to coordinate and direct all F&B outlet operations.
  • Hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of F&B staff and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with outlet supervisors to coordinated food and beverage services by providing a common vision, motivation, task allocation, resource’s, performance evaluation, support and coaching
  • Assist with developing menus and buying plans appropriate for each outlet and their target markets and trends.
  • Assist in the creation of outlet budgets and manage annual financial budgets including sales, operations and capital.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi outlet capacity in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Minimum 5 years management and supervisory experience.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Passionate about the tourism industry.
  • Interest in skiing, snowboarding, golf, mountain biking and/or other summer and winter sports is an asset.
  • Food Safe and Serving it Right certifications and current working knowledge
  • Strong commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Extremely organized and able to multi-task.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of WorkSafeBC guidelines.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished interpersonal skills
  • Experience with and a solid understanding of POS systems and software.
  • Professional attitude, discretion and diplomacy imperative.
  • Ability to be a team player, strong leader and confident decision maker.
