Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and clean-up of culinary workstations and other kitchen areas
  • Daily consistent, high-quality and timely preparation and presentation of menu items using company standards of excellence and portion control
  • Assist with creating daily menu specials
  • Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning when needed
  • Meeting or exceeding all health and safety standards
  • High level customer service skills

Ideal Candidates:

  • Minimum 2-year previous line cook experience
  • Must have Food Safe Level 1 certification
  • Ability to cooperate and work strongly with others in team
  • Capability to organize and prioritize high volume, high demand work loads
  • Positive attitude
  • Exemplary personal hygiene
