Photo Submission Guidelines
- Photos should be in JPG format.
- Photos should be taken against a plain white or lightly coloured background.
- Try to take the photo from about 5 to 6 feet away.
- Use even lighting to avoid shadows across the face.
- Please avoid hats, toques, sunglasses, or goggles.
- The photo should show a full front view of the face with shoulders squared to the camera, similar to standard ID or passport photos.
If you're having trouble uploading your photo, please email it directly to office@cwsaa.org. Please note: the app does not send a confirmation after your photo is up
