Rates
Single Booth
$ 1650
NEW: due to popular request, the Trade Show Exhibitors will now include tickets to the Kick-off event and Awards Dinner.
Each booth includes one individual registration to attend 2 days of conference sessions (April 28 & April 29), 2 days of conference meals (breakfast, lunch & coffee breaks on April 28 & 29), Kick-off event (April 27), Trade Show Reception (April 28), and Awards Dinner (April 29).
Trade Show Registration does not include session or meals on Thursday April 30 (add-on is available).
If you wish to have a Double booth, please purchase 2 single booths.
Additional Personnel
Each trade show booth includes 1 person. Exhibitors may add additional personnel that will receive the same events as the primary exhibitor.
Additional Personnel Rates: $650 (until Feb 26). $675 (Feb 27-Mar 27). $700(after Mar 27).
All rates are subject to GST & a 1.9% processing fee.
