2019 CWSAA Spring Trade Show
Main Ballroom is sold out. Additional booths are now available in the foyer.
10 x 8 Booth: $675 plus tax
Each single booth includes one person to attend 2 days of conference sessions (April 24 & April 25), 2 days of conference meals (breakfast, lunch & coffee breaks), and Trade Show Reception.
10 x 8 Double Booth (20 x8): $1350 plus tax
Each double booth includes two people to attend 2 days of conference sessions (April 24 & 25), 2 days of conference meals (breakfast, lunch & coffee breaks) and Trade Show Reception.
*Additional Personnel: $215 plus tax / per person ($250 plus tax on-site)

One 2′ x 6′ covered & skirted display table, two chairs. Two tables & four chairs included for double both
Hours of Operation:
April 24: 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm
April 25: 7:30 am – 9:00 am and 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
April 24: 1:45 pm – 4:30 pm
April 25: 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Conference Sponsors will receive first priority, in order of sponsorship level, provided that they confirmed sponsorship with CWSAA by January 11, 2019. Subsequent to this date, Trade Show Booths will be assigned after registering online on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.
If written notice of cancellation is received prior to March 15, 2019 and CWSAA is able to resell the entire space, the exhibitor will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. If CWSAA is unable to resell the space, exhibitor will be refunded 25% of booth rental fee. If cancellation is received after March 15, 2019 exhibitor will forfeit 100% of the booth rental fee.
Only CWSAA Members in good standing are eligible to attend the Spring Conference & Trade Show. New member are welcome. Please note new member applications are approved by the CWSAA Board of Directors, which can take up to 5-7 business days.
