Health and Safety in Action: A Session for Ski Hill Supervisors

Supervisors and managers play an important role in bringing health and safety programs to life through everyday decisions, conversations, and practices. This session explores the practical side of health and safety in BC ski operations specifically for supervisors, from setting clear expectations and supporting worker orientation to recognizing hazards, monitoring safe work practices, and responding to incidents.

Using real-world examples relevant to ski hill operations, participants will learn ways to build safety into daily operations, support their teams, and contribute to a safer, healthier workplace throughout the winter season.
