As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of the resort – greeting and registering guests from around the world. You will need to be up-to-date on resort information to be able to communicate with guests. Most importantly, you will need to provide our guests with friendly, efficient and professional service.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Managing direct, wholesale and group guest check-ins and check-outs following all correct procedures
Making walk in-reservations, ensuring that all bookings adhere to Big White Central Reservations’ payment and cancellation policies
Making shuttle bookings, ensuring that all pertinent information is collected
Taking cash, credit card and debit card payments as necessary
Ensuring that accurate information is provided to all clients with respect to all Big White Ski Resort and Central Reservations products
Running daily end-of-shift audit reports and completing daily shift audits
Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
Answering and assisting with all incoming telephone calls to the front desk
Assisting guests with all questions and reasonable requests
Developing a good understanding of the village layout to direct guests where necessary, and being able to give directios to all units in the rental pool
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
Following all Health & Safety protocols and procedures
Assisting with any other reasonable requests as made by a Central Reservations Manager
