All registration fees are subject to GST & a credit card processing fee of 1.9%.
Refunds for event payments can be requested up to 10 business days before the event. Please be advised that a 5% administrative fee will apply to all refunds. To request a refund, please contact the CWSAA office.
2025 Fall Meeting application for Small Areas Assistance can be found HERE. Applications for each event are due the same date as the Early Bird Registration Deadline.
Northern Region Meetings
Alberta: Grande Prairie

Grande Prairie Registration Rate: $100
- plus GST & 1.9% processing fee
- Note, CWSAA has subsidized the venue costs.
- Ski areas eligible for the small areas assistance fund may apply to cover registration and travel costs.
Northern Meeting Registration includes:
- 1 Day Meeting
- lunch and coffee breaks.
- Registration does not include dinner - a separate dinner will be arranged for those wishing to stay for dinner after the meeting.
Grande Prairie Accommodation:

- $159 per night + tax
- Complimentary Parking
- Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to arrival date or will be subject to cancellation policy equal to 1 night’s rooms charge & taxes

Fall Protection Course - October 22
An optional Fall Protection course will be offered at Hart Highlands on October 22 (the day before the Northern BC Meeting).
- Fall Protection Registration Rate: $100, plus GST & 1.9% processing fee.

Early Bird: $385 (ends August 27)- Regular Rate: $435 (August 28 - September 24)

BC-Yukon Registration includes:
- 1.5 days of Meetings (full day October 2, morning only October 3)
- October 2: Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and dinner
- October 3: Breakfast, morning coffee break and lunch
Accommodation Information:
- RED Accommodations: Various On-Mountain condo units at The Crescent (the newest development at RED) and Slalom Creek.
- Group Rate: $109-129 +$20 cleaning fee + taxes for studios, 1 bedroom & loft suites. $350+ $40 cleaning fee + taxes for 2-bedrooms
- Terms: 25% deposit due at the time of booking, with remaining amount due 30 days prior to arrival.
