Last day to register is April 18. Please note, there will be NO registration for the conference or any events at the door.
Registration Refund Policy: You may request a refund for registration/event payments up to 10 business days before the event. Please get in touch with the CWSAA office to request a refund. Please be advised that a 5% administrative fee will apply to all refunds.

Golf Tournament
We are very excited for the return of the CWSAA Golf Tournament!
Penticton Golf & Country Club
April 28, 2025
- $75 plus GST & Pheedloop processing fee (1.9%) - includes green fees & shared power cart. Add to your conference registration!
📍 Check-in: Please arrive at Penticton Golf & Country Club between 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM. The Golf Committee will have a registration desk set up.
⛳ Teams & Format:
- At 12:40 PM, participants will be asked to get into their pre-assigned carts and proceed to their designated starting hole.
- Format: Scramble. The group will be split, with half playing the front 9 holes and the other half playing the back 9 holes.
- Shotgun start at 1:00 PM.
🏌️ Club Rentals: Limited rentals are available for $20. Please contact the golf course directly to arrange.
🍹 Post-Golf Gathering: After the round, participants are invited for drinks and prizes at the Blue Heron Restaurant (designated area) at the golf course. Cash bar available.
🎉 Evening Kick-Off Event: From there, everyone will head to the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre for the CWSAA Spring Conference Kick-Off Event. Name badge pick-up starts at 5:00 PM. CWSAA has organized a tasting event featuring local breweries, cideries, and wineries, along with reception-style food.
🎁 Prize Contribution: The Golf Committee asks each participant to bring one small prize (e.g., hat, t-shirt, etc.) for the prize draw.

CWSAA has secured group rates at two properties: Four Points and Balcomo, however both hotels are currently full during the conference. Members may contact the hotels directly for updated availability.

Some members have received phishing scheme emails claiming that our attendee lists can be purchased.
CWSAA does not sell member information, nor has there been any data breaches. Beware of scams claiming to sell attendee lists. We don't collaborate with third-party event organizers or sell our members info. All official emails come from addresses ending in cwsaa.org, or will come from our new event app Pheedloop. When CWSAA sends emails via Pheedloop the from address will be no-reply@pheedloop.com. Stay vigilant against suspicious emails, often marked with yellow highlights.
