Full Conference Package

All rates are subject to GST & a processing fee of 1.9%.
Deadline for Small Areas Assistance Applications is January 30.
Last day to register is April 17. Please note, there will be NO registration for the conference or any events available at the door.
Registration Refund Policy: You may request a refund for registration/event payments up to 10 business days before the event. Please get in touch with the CWSAA office to request a refund. Please be advised that a 5% administrative fee will apply to all refunds.
Lift Ticket Offer
Whistler Blackcomb is graciously providing discounted lift tickets for conference attendees:
- 50% off the daily window rate, available exclusively at the ticket windows/guest service offices.
- Valid from April 25 to May 2 (two days before to two days after the conference).
- Available to registered CWSAA Conference attendees only. Guests need to show proof of registration at the time of purchase (email registration confirmation).
- Limit of 1 ticket per day, with a maximum of 8 tickets per attendee.
Sea to Sky Gondola
Driving through Squamish on the way to or from the conference, be sure to check out the Sea to Sky Gondola. They have extended an incredible offer of complimentary ticket for conference delegates:
- Complimentary admission to Sea to Sky gondola for CWSAA conference delegates (offer extends to partners of delegates).
- Offer Valid: Monday April 27 - Friday May 1, 2026
- How to redeem: Visit the Sea to Sky ticket window and show your CWSAA conference registration.
Whistler Museum
Be sure to visit the museum to learn about Whistler’s history. The Whistler Museum tells Whistler’s stories from early fun-loving summer lodge operators, to the creation of Whistler Blackcomb, to the 2010 Winter Olympic Games and beyond.
The museum is located behind the Whistler Public Library, in the heart of Whistler Village. Admission is by donation. Please note the museum is closed Wednesdays.

Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside
Pan Pacific group block SOLD OUT (as of January 27 noon) - those who have successfully secured a room at the Pan Pacific will have received a confirmation email from the Pan Pacific.

CWSAA Partners
Beware of Phishing Schemes
Be vigilant: In the past some members have reported phishing emails claiming to sell CWSAA conference attendee lists. CWSAA does not sell or share member information, and there has been no data breach.
All official conference emails will come from @cwsaa.org or no-reply@pheedloop.com. Please be cautious of unsolicited or suspicious emails.
Registration Tips
The 2026 Conference will continue to use the Pheedloop event platform and app.
- To access the conference registration portal and group accommodation links, a CWSAA website login is required.
- Registering a team of people? Please ensure you are able to complete the following info for them:
- Dietary or accessibility requirements.
- Mentor - whether each individual is interested in being a mentor or mentee.
- New - indicate if its their first time attending a CWSAA conference.
- Email address - ensure you use a unique email address for each person. They will use this email to login to the Pheedloop app.
- Would they like their email address on the attendee list.
