All rates are subject to GST & a processing fee of 1.9%.
Last day to register is April 15. Please note, there will be NO registration for the conference or any events at the door.
Registration Refund Policy: You may request a refund for registration/event payments up to 10 business days before the event. Please get in touch with the CWSAA office to request a refund.
Activities
Marmot Basin
Marmot Basin will be offering 60% off lift tickets for registered CWSAA Conference delegates. The offer is valid from April 19 to April 27, for a 60% discount on rack lift ticket rates. Members must show proof of registration and photo ID at Guest Services to request the discount.
Japer SkyTram
The Jasper SkyTram will be offering 60% off lift tickets for registered CWSAA Conference delegates. Members must show proof of registration and photo ID at Guest Services to request the discount.
Parks Canada Pass
Jasper is located within the Jasper National Park. All delegates will require a valid "Parks Pass."
Please note there are a few options to purchase:
- Day Pass, $11 per day, per person (for Adults ages 18-64). Learn more & purchase HERE.

- Individual Pass
- Group Pass - for vehicles with up to 7 individuals. $151.25. Best value for those with multiple people in their vehicle, and/or those who plan to visit other national park sites.
Please note, carpooling is recommended to the Jasper SkyTram and Marmot Basin site tours/activities. Please ensure each person travelling together has a Parks Pass on them or that the vehicle has a Group Pass. Learn more about Park Pass requirements for Jasper HERE.
Accommodations
Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge
Room rates start at $199 per night + a $16/night Resort Fee + taxes. Complimentary Self-parking.
Please note, when booking the rate will show as $215 + taxes as it includes the first guest Resort Fee. If there are additional guests, the rate will increase by $16 for each guest.

Important Booking info:
- Base rate (of $199 + $16 resort fee + taxes) is for 'Run of House.' For this room type, the bed type and room location cannot be selected. Guests may include any requests in the "Guest information" section at time of booking. Please note, this is a request not a guarantee. Should a guest wish to guarantee a bed type; 1 king bed or 2 double beds a Deluxe Room or a Premier Deluxe Room for example can be reserved.
- Due to limited availability bookings are only available by contact JPL Reservations directly at 780-852-6044. If the rooms/nights you require are currently not available, please ask to be put on the waitlist as we do expect some additional rooms to become available.
- The $16 per night Resort fee is per guest, per night.
- Cancellation policy: Please cancel any rooms not required ASAP, to ensure others can book. Cancellation is required 30 days prior to your arrival date to avoid a full stay penalty.

Beware of Phishing Schemes
Some members have received phishing scheme emails claiming that our attendee lists can be purchased.
CWSAA does not sell member information, nor has there been any data breaches. Beware of scams claiming to sell attendee lists. We don't collaborate with third-party event organizers or sell our members info. All official emails come from addresses ending in cwsaa.org, or will come from our new event app Pheedloop. When CWSAA sends emails via Pheedloop the from address will be no-reply@pheedloop.com. Stay vigilant against suspicious emails, often marked with yellow highlights.
