This session will be facilitated by WorkSafe BC, and focus on BC regulations and BC specific OHS topics. This session will have 2 areas of discussion:

1. Bill 41 regulatory changes in BC regarding Return to Work Duty to Cooperate and Maintain Employment

2. Recent changes to Occupational First Aid changes and how that applies to ski areas.

The session is being prepared specifically for BC Ski Areas, and all those in management roles such as Human Resources, OH&S, Patrol, Snow School who may be involved in occupational health and safety management should attend.
