CWSAA is an association dedicated to serving the collective needs of the ski industry. Over the last 90 days, CWSAA collected member feedback through email surveys, spring conference sessions, and detailed Board of Directors input to identify four areas of focus for the association.
On June 12, the Board of Directors spent a day working with facilitator Susan Rybar and identified and refined the following priorities over the next three years: Safety, Growth, People and Advocacy.
Examples of initiatives within each area are cited below. These directives will shape the activities of CWSAA. Chair Andre Quenneville explains that the directives address the needs cited by members, and also complement the association’s core deliverables such as meeting and conference planning, safety signage, and communications which comprises over half of the association’s capacity. Thank you to the many members that contributed feedback.
